Book now for next year...
Going to All Tomorrow's Parties? What about next year? Amazingly enough you can book now for the 28th of March or the 4th of April 2003... Next year's festival will be curated by Autechre, and it's 110 pounds per person, though you have to book a chalet of between 4 and 8 people... It's a bit awkward, but it does include chalet accomodation and all the bands and that...

Uncle Bob's Wedding Reception is BACK after it's winter break, so get down to Kings Cross Water Rats at 9 tonight...
Live guests this week are Contempo, from Staines, like Ali G, and they're described by the Bob's massive as a "21st Century Dexy's"...
If you're at All Tomorrow's Parties, then you can't go. But if you're anything like me you're rolling on the floor in a pool of your own vomit by this point in the weekend, so you probably won't be reading this anyway.

Ten Benson had a new album released this week, and are supporting it with GIGS...
Ten Benson have a new album released this week, and to promote it in a retrospective stylee they're ALREADY ON TOUR! The album is called "Hiss" and is described as "highlighting the many faces" of The Benson... Monday they're at Leicester Princess Charlotte, Tuesday they're at Birmingham Flapper & Firkin, Wednesday day The Wedgies, Albert Road, Portsmouth (my old home venue!), and penultimately Camden Dingwalls on Thursday, where they're supported by Mercedes. Consider all these a warm up to All Tomorrow's Parties at the weekend. Which I'm not going to, so couldn't care less about.
