Not a lot else to report, having a lot of trouble with spammers on here, so if you want to post a reply I'm afraid you'll have to register now, until I can work something out.
Nice that the rain has cooled things down a bit, it was a bit of a shock though as it was sunny in Folkestone this morning and I don't have a jacket or owt.
New computer is still going well, though it seems to have turned itself off overnight when I left Azureus running. Not sure if that's built in anti piracy / environmental / power saving feature, or what.
Property news, I quite like the look of this shop on the Old High Street. If I was getting any redundancy pay, I might have put it in there and opened yet another shop selling crystals and other shit gifts. Or, at that sort of price, maybe I could start a private detective agency there, or be a bounty hunter.

Guide price 200 - 250k with Clive Emson...
The premises comprise a former theatre with office and staff accommodation arranged over four floors and a main auditorium over two storeys. Planning Permission has now been granted for the building to be converted into a three storey indoor market/antiques centre with access from two levels - one at Grace Hill and the second off the car park to the rear via St Eanswythe Way. The internal area has been completely stripped out in readiness for the proposed works.

Walking around Grimston Gardens at the weekend, saw a flat that's available by auction... will be a bargain for someone, lovely location and that. According to Clive Emson's listings, one that sounds like it sold last week for 76k. Also what's this "Former town centre club with planning for pair of houses, 195k", also sold, could that be the Metronome?
