How can I rotate an AVI then?

I have a video here, how can I rotate it 90 degrees anti clockwise? Kosso says "not easy", hmm...
UPDATE: Kosso also says use MPlayer. I think that's some software I was after before, I can use it to automatically grab video off my wireless camera, maybe it's time to fire that up again, I might do a regular video-cast...
