Keep away from the crisps

Ace weekend, which I will report on later. I ate quite a lot though, and combining this with driving into work every day last week, so not getting the tiny walk based exercise I usually get, I'm noticing my belly is bigger than it should be. To compound the problem further, I've forgotten my lunch, some curry that we made yesterday, and so have only an emergency tin, and the lure of the snack machine.

Be strong fat boy, keep away from the vending machine.
