More flat fun

As expected, with the flat taking so long to go through the vendors estate agent has hinted that the flat might go back on the market if we don't complete soon... I heard from another friend that this is a fairly common tactic, but still, time to chase up my solicitor again.

Funny that they're suggsting the flat might be worth 15 grand more already, when most newspapers seem to be reporting a stagnation of the market.
