Did Channelfly get taken over by Mean Fiddler (or the other way round)?

Just got a strange MAMA Live email, grouping the Barfly and Mean Fiddler venues together:
I know Barfly had taken over Kentish Town Forum, but it looks like even more has gone on now, since I left. Hasn't done anything for their share price though, I still have a stack of those.
