BBQ For Our Society on 26 July

Dear Sir Madam,

I am the one of the member of the Gurung Society Kent and living in Church Road Folkestone. We are planning to hold BBQ party on 26 or 27 (not confirmed yet) of July 2008 and wondering if we hold our party at your club ground. Please accept my apology if I approched the wrong venue or person.
