Did Sheep On Drugs Support Gary Numan In Folkestone In 1996

Been doing some gig history updates, I found some Prodigy, Gary Numan, and Leatherface gigs, and then found this on a myspace page:
In 1993 Bonbooshe disbanded and I joined Glasshouse with Geoff and Ian Davies and spent 3 years with them recording, gigging and also supporting Gary Numan again on his 1996 "Premier Hits" tour at the London Astoria. We only had 18 hours notice for this gig as we replaced the infamous Sheep On Drugs who had been pulled off the tour due to an incident the previous night at Folkestone.
What was the mysterious "incident" and where was the gig? I saw Sheep On Drugs around then, but in Portsmouth. Loved the record, but they were shit live, think they had problems with sound limiters and stuff.
It's all gone in the Folkestone gig history section...

Rate Gary Numan
I've heard this mentioned before, it's making sense now, from this blog:
they made all previous supports seem like geniuses in comparison (and I include Sheep on Drugs at Folkestone Pavilion in 1996)
So something happened that night to get them kicked off the Gary Numan tour. So that places them and he in Folkestone, at the Pavilion, in March 1996, quite possibly with the lead piping!
Doesn't sound very likely that a major tour would be at the Pavilion though, I think it's the Leas Cliff Hall again, and this gigography says so too (although it says Leas Cliffe Hall).
