It's a joint venture between #HMV and #Channelfly
It's a joint venture with MAMA Group, HMV and MAMA Group (who you might have known under the name Channelfly, own Barfly, and owned popex etc) co-own the venues or something and HMV get the branding rights.
Saw this happen on the listings that I have on Folkestone Gerald, but I just found this because I was looking to see what my shares are worth, blimey they're about as worth having as Lloyds TSB :-(
