Harry's cord came off today

I'm not meant to keep it am I?
Is that too much information? Parents out there will know this, it's cut and clipped and he's wriggling about with a plastic clip attached to his belly button for about ten days, and then it just drops off. Am I supposed to keep it though? Is this one of those things that should go in his baby box? I got some newspapers and the NME from the day he was born, and we still have the scan pictures obviously, but no-one keeps this do they?
