using the plastic trays which bread is delivered to shops in, going down concrete steps. Great when you're a bit twisted, but your coccyx feels it the next day!

We did that, down the steps of Portsmouth Guildhall... stage two is being towed behind a car in one. Got to hang onto the tow rope instead of tying it on, so you can let go when you like.
