Buy, buy, buy! Bye-bye!
It says here... actually I got a letter about this (in the same post as three more premium bond wins, ahem), actually a fat envelope of legal spiel about the offer. I can't remember how many shares I have, they were worth about £30,000 at one point but this was during the first dot com boom. This was the company I worked for who bought the website game I had. The shares are worth more like hundreds now. Still, I'm unlikely to get around to selling them so something like this forcing my hand should result in a small windfall of cash.
