I think Inside Out (tonight, bbc) have misrepresented us...
Hmm I think our company has been misrepresented:
See here. We don't have that sort of call centre, they don't cold call, they don't call out at all. It's a contact centre, you only call us if you want the best priced airport hotels / parking / lounges insurance etc.
Have heard a couple of people here in HYSTERICS because someone pulls a bit of a face in the preview, I think it's just the excitement though, it's not actually that funny.
Tonight, BBC1, 7.30. Probably South East region only.
