Flat in our block for sale for a lot less than ours

Got a third viewing lined up...
Here on Rightmove... I was curious, assuming it was one of the flats that's the same as our one. But no, it's the one bedroom basement flat next door. I think it sold for more than that not so long ago, this owner (who lets it) has not had it long I don't think.
Got a thid viewing lined up, that's three viewings from the same potential buyer. They're getting it valued for letting, so so are we.
