Well I say offer...
I say offer, this last one was not an offer. Basically I have bent over and the estate agent has played a tune on my arse. First offer was an offer, second offer was at the asking price. Third offer was over the asking price (stupid estate agent advertising houses in a price range instead of at a price) and the finally accepted figure was over that. Now fingers crossed it all goes smoothly through. PS please can I have some money? Is there any chance you owe me money and I have forgotten? Or you would like to buy anything off me?
