Woo, it really is just about all over, we're completed on the flat now, Clare's mum has picked up the keys and we'll be in there and dancing about (very quietly, like mice, obviously) tomorrow.
So, to celebrate, tonight drinking in the Lock Tavern, tomorrow in Chambers and Sunday night in Gate 28.
Something weird's going on at work, lots of suspicious meetings, are they planning an early birthday surprise for me?

so has the share of the freehold been transferred yet?

I'm withholding some cash until that's done, ont he advice of the solicitor. That share of the freehold can't be transferred to anyone other than me, it's not worth anything to anyone else, so I hope it'll go smoothly. Hmm. Don't be putting the fear in by asking questions!

it should be fine...and also, as it was your solicitor's advice...you should be able to sue him if he fucks up! hehe
