House prices falling

House prices fell in November says bbc.co.uk - hell yeah they did. Some friends of ours who live in just about identical house to ours on the next street have agreed a sale for less than we paid for ours :-(
I think this is the sort of thing I am not supposed to blog about. So, you ain't seen me, right?
