Clare's team came third in The Britannia Wednesday quiz yesterday. First week they won it, second week they came second, third week they came third. I can almost see a pattern here, but it just escapes me.
As well as The Last Detective I watched the excellent The Boat That Guy Built on the BBC, ostensibly about a chap restoring a narrow boat but more about Victorian inventions really. Really was good, sorry to have missed the first episode, but pleased to see today it is still on iplayer so I'll try and watch it later.
