Took a day off with it, possilbe the second time it's been bad this year :-(
Had a terrible day with my back yesterday, still not sure what I did at the weekend but it was crippling on Monday, so I didn't go to work. The day was not a complete loss though, Clare was at work and Harry still went to Granny and Grandpa's as usual and I cleared down the Sky plus. Watched a load of things I had queued up that Clare is not interested in and got from something like 8% free to about 40% free. Most of the space is now taken up with Coach Trip which we are both watching, we have all of the new Channel 4 series on there in HD. Just got a few more of the last More 4 series to watch and then we can get clearing those down...
