Ferocious weather

A damp day today, fierce black clouds overhead that do not look good for Clare and Harry going to the park today. Also we had a hail storm between home and work this morning. The night before last was the worst weather I can remember recently, seriously heavy rain and wind keeping me awake most of the night. We drove through Sandgate yesterday and noticed half of the beach (pebbles) were spewed over the road in parts. There must have been damaged cars, if not houses. I saw a couple of trees down in Hythe too.
