Folkestone property crash!

Was a bit concerned to spot that a flat next door was up for sale for less than we paid for ours, is this the start of the supposed fall in prices? Luckily, no, just checked the details and it's smaller than ours and not fully double glazed, so it looks like our investment is good... mind you, that's the price they're asking, it may go for less, hope not.
