Got stuck with someone REALLY ANNOYING in our carriage today, she jibbered and jabbered all the way in. SHUT UP, surely the first carriage is the quiet one? I think it's time to make some "No Talking" stickers to go next to the "No Smoking" signs, see if that helps.
Having a bit of a fiddle with the CSS here today, trying to shift the sidebar navigation over there --> so that it looks exactly the same as it does now, if that makes any sense...

interesting. On swiss trains they have the absoloute silence carrages
no walkmans
no mobiles
no talking
no dogs

interestingly, I heard someone elses personal stereo. I was sat at the far end, she at the other. It was really irritating, because I had my book, and everyone else was silent, reading newspapers or books. I think there should be a reading carriage, which should be treated like a library. No talking, eating things that come from noisy packaging, no listening to music that everyone else can hear.
