My friends in Fareham have lively forum, why's this one not taking off? Come on people put your backs into it! And, have a good weekend.

a cynic might say 'cos it's Folkestone'... Maybe it's the format - it's a bit 'mono' compared to your average forum, smileys, fonts etc - such as the Fareham example? Dunno, I check it all the time but I dont feel moved to post very often.
Maybe you should employ a Fung Shoie(however it's spelt) expert to rearrange the furniture?

If there are any features you particularly like

They're easy to add in, I'm just a bit of a mono person myself, I like the text to speak for itself.

I might have a bit of a tweak of it.

You'd want to register to see the best features anyway. When I have added them. Still if you have anything to say, here's the place!

Ok, mono is good. I know this is your sandbox pauly and I appreciate the work that you put into it. But looking at yer average forum layout, there seems to be specific catagories, current news, whats new, local events (not just gigs and art, which has got better coverage)), for sale, local services, what I like about Folkestone(a popular thread!) I dont like the sidebar, as you've asked - it's too vague, err... too mono, it needs to be bold and clear (eg:plastering/Mama Mia tickets?) Anyway, thats enough for now.

Yeah understood about the links to my other sites

They're not relevant, I will shift them, and work on the other ideas... If you know anyone else who might have anything to chip in, please pass this on.

Over to you, discussion about anything local, but Please be thoughtful... Folkestone on TV, Kent gigs, Find a flatmate, rent a room, property queries, current affairs, what's new, local events, for sale, local services, what I like about Folkestone, ask a question, offer advice, plug yourself... the more it's used the more better a site it will become. If you want a gig listed click here to add it (fixed now!), or just click here to post a message...
