Ok, mono is good. I know this is your sandbox pauly and I appreciate the work that you put into it. But looking at yer average forum layout, there seems to be specific catagories, current news, whats new, local events (not just gigs and art, which has got better coverage)), for sale, local services, what I like about Folkestone(a popular thread!) I dont like the sidebar, as you've asked - it's too vague, err... too mono, it needs to be bold and clear (eg:plastering/Mama Mia tickets?) Anyway, thats enough for now.

This is my website The 'Gerald that I built in a fury of excitement when I first came to Folkestone in approximately '04. I'd been a frequent visitor for a while previous to that so I am technically one of those DFLs you get nowadays. The site was a lot more dynamic with a gig calendar and voting for favourite venues and stuff, and I know it was a handy reference for others who were thinking of moving to the area. Now I've moved out of Folkestone again (though only a couple of miles) it doesn't get as much attention as it used to. Ironic really as Folkestone itself is becoming the exciting place we always thought it was just about to. My name is not Gerald BTW, this comes from a pretend newspaper in an episode of The Day Today or something, the Portsmouth Gerald, and how there is a local newspaper here called the Folkestone Herald. Puns like this are GRATE aren't they? Do contact me if you have anything to contribute, email anythign @ this domain, or try @folkestone or @pauly on Twitter.
