Electric scooters are allowed on public transit (bus/train/plane) whereas gas-powered scooters are prohibited. Noise and air pollution of gas-powered scooters is eliminated.

Um, good work... Not entirely convinced by your argument that the electric ones are allowed and the gas ones not, the law's a bit grey about these things... Go careful if you're buying one, you're only really allowed to use them on private land...
