I presume you have seen http://www.housingmaps.com? Similar thing to you "rather dull google map" but for rent/sale across the states?

Did lots of looking at maps at the time, not had much of a go recently, I will get back into it. That racing game and google maps risk were the only innovative things I'd seen in a while.
I don't think my map is that dull really, I was being modest, I think it's pretty damn hot...
I am getting up to speed with LOST btw.

You'll be pleased to hear then that the mid-Season break for Season 2 in the states has just finished (3 weeks without an episode!!!) and they've started airing Lost again. Episode 6 has now aired.

Hey, that's really cool. Only let down by the fact that you can drive over everything on the map (lakes, rivers, buildings and so on). Nice idea though. Hope someone extends it ;o) You could e.g. show a driving route (tourism?) or route to your house for your mates?
