RE: Marine Crescent - 4211

Marine crescent Folkestone Restoration project There is alot of comments about how small the flats are, but i personally think that they are definately an investment not to be missed. The builders involved M&B ltd Builders ltd deserve a medal for taking the project on, and all the contractors have worked really hard on the restoration of Marine Crescent, after viewing the showflat and having a tour, its amazing to see the difference, from the run down derilict forgotten property it was. This should be one restoration Folkestone will defentely be thankfull of. Georgous piece of history restored to its beauty. Well done .

This is part of my site The 'Gerald that I built in a fever of excitement when we first moved here sometime in '04. I'd been a regular visitor for a while before that but I am technically one of those Down From Londons you get now. This site was a lot more dynamic with a calendar of events and voting for favourite venues and things, and I hear it was a handy resource for those who were thinking of moving to the area. Now I've moved out of Folkestone again (though just a couple of miles) it doesn't get as much love as it used to. Ironic really as The town is becoming the exciting place we always thought it was about to become. I am not Gerald BTW, this comes from a fake newspaper in an episode of The Day Today or something, the Portsmouth Gerald, and how there is a local newspaper here called the Folkestone Herald. Puns like this are great aren't they? Do contact me if you have anything to offer, email anythign @ this domain, or try @folkestone or @pauly on the twitter.
