Weekend in Folkestone

Not feeling too clever for spending all day and all night in Chambers, but good weekend anyway. Didn't see any houses, though got a few ideas from property guides and that - stretching to buying a house with a self contained flat (not necessarily that one) looks like an idea now, a good investment for the future, but also I'm keeping an eye on interest rate rises, so don't want to over stretch myself...



Also went to the Happy Frenchman for the first time, better than expected, two pool tables, but bizarrely only one pool cue, someone had snapped the tips off all the rest...
