Arranged a viewing of 3 Grimston Gardens for this afternoon. Well not a viewing as such, getting someone else to look at it for me, see if it's worth looking at. If it is, no idea when I'll be able to see it though, got no holiday left this year, and found out yesterday I will have to make some sort of "arrangement" for a Christmas shutdown.
Super star spotting (I met GLC!) and free booze at the Darkness gig and associated after show yesterday, not feeling best today.
Lots of popexing to do today, trying to sort out some email bouncery, and maybe going to get the Supervision Management Calendar going at last...

The flat in Grimston Gardens isn't right for us, it's a good size, but it needs work, firstly to sort out the damp in the basement (which the vendors are offering a discount for) and also to put in central heating etc... I'm sure it'll be a good one for someone, but as I'd initially be owning it remotely, it would take a long time to get it sorted, so it's a no go...
Really enjoying Million Pound Property Experiment, but as with all programmes where there's a down to earth brickie (representing the practical) pitted against a designer (representing the ideal) I find the designers so irritating.
