Our neighbour on the other side has also just gone up for sale, it's under offer already at 375,000! It's a full house, so at least double the size of our flat, and from the pictures looks very nice indeed... still, it's not sold yet, maybe it was a silly offer. Maybe my theory about prices falling holds water after all.
That's our flat you can see to the left of that picture. Please don't rob us.
