New album imminent and GRATE!
RAH, got the new Beta Band album (Hot Shots 2), big up to Mike @ Infected for the smashing parcel of stuff that arrived today...
The album's out on July 16th, though the first single from it "Broke" is out next week.
The opening track on the album, "Squares", was due to be the first single, but as it has the same main sample as the current I Mobster single "Daydream In Blue", it's been withdrawn. Unsurprisingly enough, they sound almost identical, such is the power of enormous samples...
Is that really a picture of the Beta Band on the Beta Band profile page? It looks like David Gedge to me, have I messed up>
