Reading ROCKED for PopEx...
What a festival! Placebo, Queens of the Stone Age, Slipknot, Gorky's, Foo Fighters, Ween, Primal Scream, and Daphne and Celeste! And we saw none of them! Aren't festivals just brilliant?
Thinking back through the smoggy drunken haze, the highlight was possibly JJ72, with SFA, And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead and At The Drive In just being edged out because it was too difficult to get close mostly...
Honourable mention goes to The Raymond And Mr Timpkins Review for bringing the reputation of Portsmouth even further into the squishy Saturday mud...
