Still settled on that flat, going to put in an offer today I think, HELLO if you're reading this Dad, sorry you are hearing this stuff from here instead of from me direct, can I still borrow that money..?
Just going to do some searching for Earls Avenue (or should that be Earl's Avenue?), I think it's a good street, though it doesn't have it's own pub, the nearest is a hotel bar calledhttp://www.folkestonegerald.com/v/75/Wards Ward's | Wards hotel and bar]], hopefully that's not a reference to all the old folks homes in the area... Also those square brackets are to remind me to do a programming thing when I get back to my computer...
