Weekender

A bit of an underachiever of a weekend all told, watched a lot of Buffy mostly. We managed to spare a few hours to go to the pub, checked out the Red Lion (what was The Tup), it's not changed at all, they still have Tup Ale at the bar and the same people work there. Went to the Royal India for a change to eat, it was about half full, so whatever crazy situation was keeping it empty has now passed... It's still nice and clean and fresh in there, though my food was a bit dull again. Can't remember what I had but it sounded interesting, and when it turned up it wasn't. The sides and the chutneys and the service and everything else was good, just the vegetarian mains weren't that exciting.
