a transcription of Hambledon marriage records, has a mention of William Tee marrying Lucy Windebank, they sound like ours. This is from the "other" time the Windebank family crosses with ours. Same page also has
page 60 no 180 George EARWAKER of the parish of Hambledon & Jane WINDEBANK of the parish of Hambledon also, by banns 21 May 1831 in the presence of Peter LONG & Wm MERRETT
and
page 43 no 127 George SEALL of the parish of Hambledon & Ann TEE of the parish of Hambledon also, by banns 07 February 1826 in the presence of Stuart LIPSCOMB & Wm MERRETT
Don't know if there's any connection there though.
Also, googling, I found a Windebank playing cricket for Hampshire, a generation before this, I will investigate more. Cricket match records seem to be a good source.

Maybe I'm not as up to date as you, I have a Matilda Samways (1888), Matilda Clarke (1851), and Matilda Grant (1853)... Do I have one of them saved under her married name? I see what you mean though:
The History of the Jacobs Family From Havant and Southsea, Hampshire, England
6. Edward Jacobs born 1834 and christened on 9th March 1834 in Horndean, Havant, Hampshire. He married on 1st April 1858 to Caroline Wolf born 17th February 1834. and christened on 10th January 1836 in Hambledon, Hants.
Her parents were Thomas Wolfe and Ann Tribe. They married on 29th May 1817 in East Meon, Hampshire. Caroline had 7 siblings Thomas born 1818, Daniel born 1820, Joseph born 1821, Helen born 1828, Charles born 1830, Emma born 1832, Ruth born 1836. All born in Hambledon, Hampshire.
Edward remarried on 28th October 1873 in Widley, Hants to Matilda Windebank born 1833 and christened on 9th June 1833. In 1881 he was a Butcher/Coal Merchant living at his house and shop in High St, Cosham, Hants
I see there's a Tribe in there too, this might relate back to a confusing message posted here ages ago linking two names in our family that I didn't think were otherwise connected...
