Mostly converted to apartments, but still seemingly a hotel too. www.grand.uk.com. Aha It operates as an "Apartment Hotel"; the apartments are self contained with their own kitchen facilities, but are serviced, and there are bars and restaurants. So one has the best of both worlds - an apartment with hotel facilities.
Excellent bar in Keppel's, can be too quiet though.

I heard (from a leaflet I picked up in said hotel / venue) that Michael Caine actually made his stage debut in The Grand in Folkestone, Not a lot of people know that.
