Who was that clown on the train this morning - was it you? He was muttering to himself when there was no-one to talk to, and as soon as anyone sat near him hi gibbered and chattered and got them talking too... this disturbed my sleep. If you're on the train again tomorrow, I might have to kill you.
Weekend, nice, mostly lazy though. Amazingly I've done not much more than watch TV for the last 72 hours, and yet saw no Big Brother. The darts was exciting, has Jelle Klassen heralded in a new new era of young and thin darts players? Also watched and enjoyed (thought it clashed a bit) Johnny and the Bomb, an adaptation of a Terry Pratchett children's book. Just finished reading his latest too Thud. Didn't like it as first, seemed like some pretty slack racial stereotyping to me, but by the end it all comes around. Now onto the new Raymoned Feist, which I also got for Christmas.
Broke parts of the site earlier, by trying to block people who are spamming the gig listings with links to unrelated sites. Getting back on my feet now though!
Distractions for the day are this streaming media device, could be watching movies / TV direct from the PC, like a cheapo version of the media centre. That reminds me, got a new episode of Lost to watch tonight, and also the very last episode of Firefly. We've both really enjoyed that and will be getting Serenity. Also currently watching The Mighty Boosh (ace) and Charmed (less so).

Tonnes of Terry Pratchett books on EBay, but not much call (or as much value) for Raymond E Feist, what's that all about? Have just been chatting with a chum about ebaying, I've never sold anything before, but I have TONNES of crap I ought to get rid of... Loads of 2000ADs which seem to do ok on ebay, though individually they're hardly worth flogging - 38 quid for prog one so far, I think I'd rather keep it. Maybe I will start up soon, free up some space in Mum and Dad's loft.
Speaking of which HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!
Hmm, same did who's selling issue one is selling the space spinner free gift separately, for a lot more!

Got a book from the library instead of buying it, brilliant! This could catch on...
Hmm I'm sure I posted on here somewhere a "note to self" type thing telling me not to buy the next Raymond Feist book, as I think they had been getting worse. Can't find it, but I didn't buy the book anyway. See me, saving money. Went to the library with Clare at the weekend, and picked up the next Feist book, FOR FREE, so I can have a look at it. Think I've possibly missed another one in the meantime, or maybe I nodded off during the last one as I seem to have missed some. Will give this a go, but really not that into it.
Visit your local library, get some books out, get the numbers up. Looks like Raymond Feist that gives me an idea...
