It's just a musical instrument shop, but it seems to be the only place around...

Run by Harold and Doris Toft, seen as the best music club venue Kent ever had... Hard to find details of who really played there in the 60's, peoples memories seem to be playing tricks on them.

Leas Cliff Hall 4.86 bar music child friendly venue ticketmaster :: [comment] :: [delete]
Folkestone's biggest music venue, Official site here. Seems to get called the Leas Cliffe Hall quite a bit, like it is ye olde venueueue... See mentions of Leas Cliff Pavillion too, a mix up with this and the East Cliffs Pavillion I think.
The bar is far too busy when there's any sort of event on, have a drink before you go. They will try and stop you taking drinks from the bar into the performance too, but will eventually surrender to the masses by the end of the interval.
Get tickets here for all events, or if it's a sold out even you're after try these guys. Good luck!

The Grand 3.57 bar booze hotel quiz real ale restaurant food music garden wifi vegetarian :: [comment] :: [delete]
Mostly converted to apartments, but still seemingly a hotel too. www.grand.uk.com. Aha It operates as an "Apartment Hotel"; the apartments are self contained with their own kitchen facilities, but are serviced, and there are bars and restaurants. So one has the best of both worlds - an apartment with hotel facilities.
Excellent bar in Keppel's, can be too quiet though.

At the bottom of the hotel, hence the name. Nothing to do with people's bottoms. Not sure if this is open again or not...
