It's called "Goodnight Moon"...
Shivaree have a new single out, the first from the ridiculously titled "I oughtta give you a shot in the head for making me live in this dump".
Sounds a bit like Texas, but with more of an American twang, a twist of Nick Cave in there too.
On the press release there's a quote from the St Paul Pioneer Press saying "She sounds timeless, but utterly of her time"... so what is that all about?
No you can't have it, I'm keeping it... competition for Suede CDs coming up soon...

Two lucky punters won tickets for tonight's show at Dingwalls...
Zesty Pete and Visage (a winning 2 step / garage act name if ever I heard one) are the two lucky winners of tickets for tonight's Shivaree show at Dingwalls...
They also get a copy of the album "I oughta give you a shot in the head for making me live in this dump", or something... Goodnight Moon, the forthcoming single from this album is Jo Whiley's single of the week for this week.
Tonight is a FINE night in the cosmopolis for gigging action, so if you're not going to Shivaree, or Amen, Five, Foo Fighters, Shane McGowan or Savage Garden, then you can always join me at the Fighting Cocks show at Dublin Castle...

Shivaree are playing a special one off at Camden Dingwalls on 11 December, and if you want two free tickets, read on...
After their "Later with Jools Holland" performance and fantastic reviews of
the LP, "I Oughtta Give You A Shot In The Head For Making Me Live In This
Dump", it should be a GRATE gig.
