Basement club-type bar in the converted bank vault beneath Kalala. Emphasis on vodka, popular with a youth crowd at the moment. Small smoking terrace at street level, security on the door, sound like your sort of place?

Bit Moroccan, not quite so vegetarian as it looks from a distance though. Limited outdoor smoking area.
Surprisngly no pool table or dartboard.

Attached to the Portland Hotel. Does Thai Food and occasionally karaoke. Big garden and outdoor seating area.

Has an indoor and an outdoor bar in their courtyard, very nice on a sunny day. Not sure if it still does accomodation... Ale from the indoor bar only, but a good range of drinks anyway.

Thought this was a private members club, but now they're advertising for a bit of a "pre club" crowd... There were always shop mobility type scooters parked outside, not sure what that audience will make of the house and garage now on offer.
UPDATE: Possibly closed again now, though we saw a barbecue going on in their garden on Friday...
