Reading Festival 28 Aug 1994 Just went for the day, and we picked the worst day by far looks like, RHCP disappointed. I remember They Might Be Giants and Echbelly and Ginger Wildhearts playing with a broken arm.

Reading 23 Aug 1996 My first gig with nme.com, I started work there that weekend. I left part way through the worst ever Stone Roses performance (OK, the only time I saw them).

Reading Festival 1999 27 Aug 1999 Blur headlined, not a very strong lineup I don't think. I was working mostly, and managed to lose my first mobile phone that work lent me.
