Thanks to Pid for this odd piece about yahoo ads. Yahoo have their own "publisher network", like Google's adsense, bloggers can earn money by putting some ad space on their site. BUT, Yahoo say you must not
display all or part of the Ad Unit to any user located outside the US
Bizarre, is it defence related? Does their ad code include encryption that cannot be exported?
Verrrry bright and sunny today, but super cold, even on the train, no heating working... trudging up from Charing Cross I was still cold through to my marrow as everywhere seemed to be in shadow - when the sun's extra bright it makes the shadows seem darker and colder. I didn't hit a nice patch of sun to walk in until I got to Bow Street, and when I did I wanted to just lay down in it like a cat and soak up some solar heat. But I got over it.
Very quiet in work so far today.

My flat has subsidence which scares the hell out of me - although the survey said it was ok for now.
In other news, I'm in that there London this week for the Neilson Norman Useabilty Conference - staying in Westminster. Any pub recommendations?
