I had this down as Mermaid Restaurant at some point. It's a cafe with bar, I think the bar is a more recent addition.

The Mind, Body and Soul evenings were the brainchild of the Mermaid's owners Clare Townley and Sarah Reed, who got in touch with local artist Deborah Crofts.
